How do I list my company/service?
Just click on the ‘Add Listing’ button anywhere on the site to go to the form that allows you to add your company.
When you submit, your listing would not appear immediately as it would be pending our approval.
Once your listing is approved, you will get an email at the email address you submitted with a link to the listing.
How much does adding my company cost?
Listing is free.
However, to get added benefits like being able to manage your listing, chat with clients, promotion on social media and within Buzz, you will need to go pro.
Pro Listing costs just N5000 monthly, and increases your chances of being discovered and selected by prospective clients.
Can I make updates to my business listing?
Sure! In the free plan, you can make updates twice to each listing.
For pro listings, you can make unlimited updates. You can also request the help of a digital marketer to optimize your listing and improve your chance of converting visitors to your business page.
How do I cancel my pro subscription?
You can cancel your listing at any time from your profile billing page. Alternatively, you can send us a mail at hello@hera.marketing and we will cancel it for you.
How do I know when someone has a question about my product/service?
Your phone number is shown alongside your listing so people can reach out to you directly.
Pro listings have a chat room where people can see what others are asking, and also ask their own questions. You will get notifications for all questions in your email.
The chat room increases the chances of conversion by over 15% since it is social proof other people also want your product or service.
How do I know how well my listing is doing?
On your profile, you can see basic metrics like how many people have viewed your profile and how many people requested for your phone number.
